Elevate Performance is operated by Phreshr LLC. This policy explains what we collect, why, and who processes it.

Information we collect

• Training profile: age, sex, height, weight, sport, experience level, goals, equipment access, and schedule availability — used to generate your plan.
• Account information: if you link a Google or Apple account, we receive your email address and name.
• Coaching conversations: messages you send to the AI coach and its replies.
• Usage data: completed sessions, streaks, and plan history.
• Purchase records: subscription status. We never see or store your payment card details.

How your information is used

Your training profile and conversations are sent to Google's Vertex AI (Gemini) to generate plans and coaching responses. Under Google Cloud's terms, this data is not used to train Google's models.

We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or share it with data brokers. We do not track you across other apps or websites.

• RevenueCat — subscription management
• Apple / Google — payment processing

Data retention and deletion

Your data is stored while your account is active. To delete your account and all associated data, email us at the address below and we will action it within 30 days.

Age restriction

Elevate Performance is for adults 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we learn we have, we delete it.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

Changes

We will update this page if this policy changes, and revise the date above.
